Reflexology

Each treatment will have a consultation period, reflexology lasting 1-hour (unless previously arranged for a shorter/longer period) and aftercare instructions. Reflexology based on techniques using different points and zones on your feet, hands, face and ears are linked to other parts of your body through your nervous system. During a typical treatment gentle pressure to these points aimed at helping your relaxation response, increase your feeling of wellbeing and as an aide in reducing physical pain.
