As a holistic therapist working in Ayrshire, I'm offering a service that empowers people to maintain their own health and wellbeing whilst working with existing medical practitioners. The treatments I am qualified to offer have been proven to help with relaxation, depression, anxiety, stress amongst other conditions. I am a trained holistic therapist in Advanced Aromatherapy, Advanced Reflexology, Massage treatments such as Swedish, hot stones soft and deep tissue treatments and I am studying Reiki and IKC Touch for Health® Synthesis
