I holistic therapist trained to offered treatments such as advanced aromatherapy, advanced reflexology, Swedish massage, hot stones massage, bamboo massage, ayurveda head massage, IKC Touch for Health® Synthesis (level 4), facial treatments, stress and nutrition information.

Massage treatments are proven to help with depression, stress, anxiety, increase the circulation and help with lymphatic fluid drainage. I am a holistic therapist who works Tuesday to Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm, treatment times are between 1:00-1.30hrs.
