Mental Health & Wellbeing Forum

The forum aims to empower the voice of people with lived experience of mental ill health , and their carers. It offers a safe space to talk about your experiences and to work together as equal experts with mental health professionals to improve services.

The group meets bi-monthly in Galashiels. Refreshments and Lunch are provided. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. We arrange transport if you do not have your own, and also pay travel expenses if you drive or use public transport to join the meeting. The meetings are in person but you can also join online.
