MRO Thrift Shop is a welcoming, vibrant shop in Buckie where trainees gain hands-on experience in retail and customer service. They assist with sorting, labelling, and displaying donated items, whilst helping customers and participating in creative tasks like designing attractive mannequin displays.

These activities build practical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a sense of pride.

Visitors can expect a friendly atmosphere, unique second-hand finds, and a shop run with care and creativity by staff, volunteers, and trainees.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 10.00am–3.30pm

Requirements: Willingness to participate in practical and creative tasks, follow guidance, and work as part of a supportive team.

Site is accessible throughout, including the garden.
Double doors at the entrance can be utilised for wheelchairs.
One accessible toilet for staff, volunteers and trainees downstairs.
Three gender neutral toilets are available within the building for staff, volunteers and trainees.
Rooms available throughout the building which can be used as a quiet space when/if required.
Staff, volunteers and trainees have access to our fully accessible garden.
