Resource Centre - Golspie

We serve the surrounding community with support based in Invergordon and with outreach support to wider Ross-shire.

With support, we focus on developing skills, increasing confidence and better integration into the community to achieve goals. This can include:

• Structured groups: increasing knowledge and learning about practical tools for personal development.
• Open groups: laidback activities such as music, arts and crafts or creative writing.
• Community engagement groups: interaction in the community with organised visits to local places of interest.
• Wellbeing groups: flexible whether you already receive support from us or not.
