One to one support can be offered in many ways in Stepping Stones including:

Guided Self Help (Workbook based CBT support)
Support Work
Peer support
Person Centred Counselling
Bereavement Support

People who want to refer to Stepping Stones, should live within West Dunbartonshire and be at least 16 years of age. We have an open referral system and we welcome self referrals to the service. Support agencies and GP’s can refer to the service.
