UPDATE: The group is currently meeting online due to restrictions.
We meet on the last Tuesday of each month at 2pm. We can work with you remotely, to get you set up online and joining meetings. We can also help you source a device /laptop and an internet connection.
If you don't do video chat / Zoom we can also dial you into the meeting via phonecall.

We faciliate this group in partnership with Alzheimer Scotland (Borders).
The working group is for people living with Dementia, and their Carers.
It aims to give a voice to people with Dementia in the Scottish Borders, tackling stigma and improving their lives by:
*Meeting monthly, 10 times per year
*Giving feedback and guidance on proposals and services for people with Dementia to service providers (including NHS and SBC)
*Promoting services and useful information for people with Dementia
*Participating in other meetings, events and planning groups as representatives for the group and as people with lived experiences.
*Co-producing a vision for better lives for people with Dementia in the Borders.
We meet on the last Tuesday of every month except July and December in Newstead, near Melrose.
Lunch and Refreshments are provided.
Transport costs can be covered and transport can be arranged if required.
