Children’s Health Scotland’s Health Rights Service offers free advice, support, and information to help children, young people, families, and professionals understand and advocate for healthcare rights. We provide impartial guidance through our website, online resources, telephone, and email. Our team delivers workshops, school sessions, and tailored support to help children feel confident in healthcare settings and understand their rights. We are independent of any health board or hospital, ensuring our advice is unbiased and rights-focused. We also signpost to other organisations when needed. Our youth-led Health Rights Defenders initiative and the My Health, My Rights Charter help amplify children’s voices in shaping healthcare policy. If you’re a child, parent, carer, or professional looking for support or information about children’s healthcare rights—get in touch today.
