Elgin and District Men’s Shed

Sheds are about meeting like-minded people and having someone to share your worries with. They are about having fun. As a by-product of all of that they reduce isolation, loneliness, and they allow men to deal with mental health challenges more easily.

The Shed is open to men from all backgrounds and all ages (over 18). Everone is welcome in the Shed.

We aim to provide a meeting place with a sitting area for coffee and communicating, a workshop and hobby room to pass on skills, a kitchen to encourage cooking. These activities will benefit the wellbeing and health of the men in the community.

We meet every Thursday between 1.30 and 3.30pm.
