Early intervention and support to children and their families with the key aim of improving outcomes for children who would otherwise not reach their full potential and who may then require more complex interventions.

The Service facilitates parent groups such as Nourish and Thrive cooking groups.

Little Chefs Cooking group for children after school.

Common Ground Youth Club.

The Team offer Seasons for Growth groups for children experiencing grief and loss, Lets Introduce Anxiety Management (LIAM) sessions, Mellow for Young People, Decider Skills and Resilient Rhythms sessions as well as individualised pieces of work with children and their families.

The service offers Family Club. Family Club is a 6-session activity-based programme for parents/carers and children.

The service also offers programmes to help parents develop skills to improve relationships with their children. These include “Incredible Years Parenting Programme” and “Mellow Caring for Young People and Mellow Growing Together"
