High Life Highland Library Membership entitles anyone who lives, works, or studies in The Highland Council area to use any library in the Highland Libraries network. Members can borrow books and other items, use the request service, use library computers and access hundreds of on-line resources free of charge.

Culloden Library is located in the heart of the community.

Library Activities include:

  • Bookbug Sessions on Friday mornings from 10:15 – 10:45
  • Lego Club every Wednesday, 15:30 – 16:30
  • Reading with Dogs every Tuesday evening, 17:00-18:00. Join our therapist and her dog for this session aimed at young readers looking to build confidence in their reading skills.

A digital hub service is also offered which provides support for you to access a range of health and social care services by attending appointments online using the Near Me video consulting service. This includes access to a device, internet, a private space and any support you need getting online.
