Moray Reach Out helps adults with disabilities gain a real sense of purpose and pride. We offer safe and welcoming spaces where individuals can grow, learn new skills, and participate in meaningful work placements that make a difference to them and their community.

Trainees can choose from a variety of supported training opportunities across our social enterprise projects, including:

  • MRO Yarns & Crafts – Retail, customer service, and creative skills
  • MRO Embroidery – Design, production, and machine embroidery
  • MRO Recycling (Buckie & Elgin) – Hands-on experience in environmental sustainability
  • MRO Thrift Shop – Shop work, sorting donations, and visual merchandising
  • MRO Art Yarn – Creative fibre art using traditional and recycled materials
  • MRO Woodwork – Basic woodworking and crafting unique products

Trainees develop valuable, transferable skills, grow in confidence, and enjoy being part of a positive and inclusive team.
