High Life Highland Library Membership entitles anyone who lives, works, or studies in The Highland Council area to use any library in the Highland Libraries network. Members can borrow books and other items, use the request service, use library computers and access hundreds of on-line resources free of charge.  

Set in the beautiful, historic Hugh Miller Institute, Cromarty Library provides a full range of resources and services and a friendly welcome to both the local community and visitors to the area.

Library Activities include:

  • Bookbug sessions for children aged 0–3 years every Thursday at 11.15 am.
