Contact are a UK charity for families with disabled children – supporting families, bringing families together and helping families take action for others. Our vision is that families with disabled children feel valued and are strong, confident and able to make the decisions that are right for them.

Contact run a free advice and information helpline for parents and carers with a disabled child aged from birth to 25, living in any part of the UK.

Deaf and speech impaired callers can access our helpline via the NGT Text relay service. Text users can prefix their call with 18002.
Calls from the UK are completely free, including from mobile phones.
