Cornerstone Scottish Borders Branch delivers care and support to young adults (16yrs plus) and older adults with learning and physical disabilities or a lifelong health condition.

Cornerstone Connects Hub in Galashiels provides a person-centred approach to enable people we support who have a learning disability, physical disability, complex care needs and autism to reach their full potential, in a safe and friendly environment. The Hub is fully adapted and offers a range of outcome-based activities and learning opportunities.

Care at Home and Housing Support teams provide support across the Scottish Borders for adults living in their own homes or within the family home.

Support Services team provide building and community-based opportunities and outcomes, to develop new life skills and learning, whilst keeping things fun. We provide individual support and group activities to support learning, peer support and independent living skills.
