MRO Art Yarn in Buckie is a creative, supportive space where trainees gain practical skills, confidence, and a sense of achievement. Trainees help with fibre preparation (including washing, carding, and teasing) and create hand-woven and knitted items such as rugs and crafts.

They work alongside staff and volunteers in a structured, encouraging environment, learning teamwork, problem-solving, and craft techniques.

Visitors can expect a welcoming atmosphere, inspiring displays, and a variety of handmade items. Trainees are fully involved in every stage of the process, building skills and pride in their work.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 9.30am–3.00pm
