Employability Service

We work closely with people to develop core skills that they identify as being important to reaching their employability goals, such as punctuality, meeting deadlines, literacy, numeracy and communication. Individuals accessing this support will be helped to develop a CV and empowered to apply for vacancies and opportunities. This includes paid employment, volunteering, and further education. Those accessing the project are expected to attend and engage in their employability plan regularly and consistently. We will chat with people referred directly to ensure it’s the right fit for them. This is not a crisis, counselling or emergency project
