Delivered by: Health In Mind This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 04/04/2025

For people (18+) living in West Lothian who identify as coming from Ethnic Minority background who want to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

The service is led by people from Ethnic Minority backgrounds with lived experience of mental health challenges. Our staff and volunteers understand how difficult it may be to connect with others from different cultural backgrounds, how this may bring feelings of loneliness and isolation and affect other aspects of your life.

We offer a range of free wellbeing courses, group drop ins, peer spaces and individual support to support the mental health of ethnic minority communities.

These services are offered in a way that considers the additional barriers faced by ethnic minority communities, like language and culture. We offer a safe space to acknowledge what you are going through as well as helping you to find tools to take control of your wellbeing.

Building hope, resilience and understanding of mental health and wellbeing in Scotland.
