Glasgow Life Museums is serious about getting young people involved in its museums, programmes and exhibitions. Below, you can find out a bit more about the Youth Groups we are currently running.


Intercultural Youth Group (ICY)

Creative community space for young people (aged 18-26) from minority ethnic groups in Glasgow.


GoMA Youth Group (GYG)

An initiative of young adults aged 16–26, created with the purpose of affecting change in the Gallery of Modern Art by influencing its exhibition and public programmes.


People’s Palace Youth Panel

A group of young people aged 18-26 based in Glasgow. They are currently working alongside staff from Glasgow Life Museums, to ensure the voices of young people are heard and represented in the redevelopment of the People’s Palace, Glasgow’s social history museum.
