Cruse Scotland exists to help people understand, process and navigate their grief. Our services are designed to ensure that anyone needing support receives the right help at the right time, building resilience and improving wellbeing at a time of great sorrow, stress and loss.

In collaboration with the charity, Lewis Leap, we have developed a support service for people recently bereaved by a sudden and traumatic loss. This specialist support can be accessed via any existing Cruse Scotland routes including our Free Bereavement Helpline, online GriefChat, or by email.
