Parenting Apart Groups

These one-off 2/3 hour long workshops bring together separated parents to offer them information on the impact of this on their children, and on how to "do their best" in this very difficult situation. It provides participants with insight into conflict and how it arises, specifically with ex-partners around children. It also offers helpful strategies and tips on how to shelter children from adult conflict and how to support them through this life event. It also offers opportunities for self-reflection and self-help. A variety of materials are used and handed out, which are all very interactive.
