Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, is an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Spinning will happen every Tuesday (6:00pm-6:45pm) & Thursday (6:45pm-7:30pm) every week.
