Change Mental Health
Change Mental Health is a national mental health charity providing non-clinical, person-centred support across communities in Scotland. We support over 10,000 people a year across the country.
Our vision is to build and fight for a future where no one needs to face mental illness alone. We provide transformational services across Scotland, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need, when they need it and in a way which works best for them. Across all of our work, we are changing society by changing attitudes, fighting stigma and ensuring a better quality of life for those affected by mental illness and poor mental health.
Our Advice and Support Service is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (closed for lunch between 12.30pm and 1.30pm), where advisers can signpost you to local support that most fit your needs, including our Change Mental Health services.
