Highland Mindfulness Group

Our charity aims to teach, promote, develop and support the use of mindfulness to improve the lives of people across the Highlands through better mental wellbeing and resilience.

We have a team of 12 trained mindfulness facilitators who offer a programme of regular free drop-in sessions (on Zoom & in Inverness). We can also offer a range of courses for all levels, workshops and taster sessions (online or face to face). Retreats and meditation days are organised throughout the year.

Mindfulness is a well validated scientific approach which can help with stress, anxiety, depression, isolation and chronic pain. Sessions in a small group environment help people to practice mindfulness regularly and gain the benefits of peer support.
