Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP)

Glasgow City Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde have integrated the planning and delivery of all community health and social care services for children, adults and older people, along with homelessness and criminal justice services. This work is directed by the Glasgow City Integration Joint Board, with the Council and Health Board delivering services under the banner of the ‘Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership.’ The Partnership comprises of around 12,000 Social Work and Health staff. It is led by an integrated Executive Leadership and Senior Management Team and it provides services through the three localities of North East, North West and South and directly provided day, home and residential care. 

Services are also delivered through health and social care contractors and providers. Some services cover the wider NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Health Board area.

Services

Arts in the City (AITC)

Arts in the City (AITC) is a Glasgow City HSCP project designed to support and improve access to arts and culture opportunities for individuals with lived experience of care.

Autism Resource Centre (ARC)

Regions:

The Autism Resource Centre (ARC) is able to offer training and support to parents and carers of children with autism.

Budhill Day Centre

Budhill Day Care centre runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm and provides older people with both practical assistance and a chance to socialise with support from trained staff.

Care at Home

Glasgow North East Carers Support Team

Glasgow North East Carers Support Team is the Glasgow City Council Social Work team providing Carers Support and Services for unpaid carers in the North East of Glasgow.

Glasgow North West Carers Support Team

The Glasgow North West Carers Team is the Glasgow City Council Social Work team providing Carers Support and Services for unpaid carers in the North West Glasgow.

Glasgow South Carers Support Team

Home Care

Glasgow HSCP's Home Care Service supports people to live as independently as possible in their own home and receive care that meets their assessed needs.

Reablement

Glasgow HSCP Reablement team provides tailored support to you in your own home for up to six weeks, helping you to regain your skills to do what you can and want to do for yourself at home.

Telecare

Regions:

Telecare refers to a broad range of devices which are designed to help keep you safe in your home and enable you to summon assistance in an emergency.

Victoria Gardens Residential Care Home

Victoria Gardens is a Care Home located in the West of Glasgow providing a high quality living environment centred around the individual needs of residents.

Wallacewell Day Care Centre

Wallacewell Day Care Centre is a dementia friendly day care centre in Balornock, North Glasgow, which provides support to vulnerable older people who live in the community.

Woodside Day Care Centre

Woodside Day Care Centre is a dementia friendly day care centre, located alongside Woodside Health Centre, which provides support to vulnerable older people who live in the community.
