GCRA+ (Grampian Cardiac Rehabilitation Association)
GCRA+ is a charity, which leads a network of weekly specialist exercise classes suitable for people with heart conditions and a wide range of long-term health conditions [diabetes, obesity, and respiratory, musculoskeletal, and mental health conditions], led by specialist trained exercise instructors, in a range of community venues throughout Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen.
Standing & seated exercise options to accommodate a range of abilities.
An underlying health condition is not a requirement of joining a class as we encourage people to take a proactive approach to managing their health.
